Where should we start?
Pick one workflow that's repeated, costly, delayed, or fragile. Document how it works today — trigger, tools, decisions, exceptions, owners. Choose one observable result (e.g., "leads contacted within 5 minutes" or "onboarding cut from 45 min to 5 min"). Then we talk tools.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Rarely. The first option is almost always improving the handoffs around what you already use — CRM, email, calendar, project tools, forms. We only recommend replacement when the current tool is genuinely the constraint.
What stays under human control?
You decide. Our default: humans own unusual, sensitive, expensive, regulated, or relationship-heavy decisions. Approval gates, stop paths, and escalation rules are defined in the scope before launch. You can always override.
How is scope and pricing determined?
Scope = systems touched, data complexity, exception paths, access requirements, risk level, and handoff needs. You get a written scope with fixed price, exclusions, third-party costs, and acceptance criteria before any paid work begins. No hourly surprises.
What if the automation breaks or the vendor changes their API?
We build fallback paths into every workflow: human review queues, error notifications, manual override options, and documented recovery steps. You own the accounts and the logic — we're not a black box you can't inspect.
How long until the first workflow is live?
Typically 2–4 weeks from approved scope to handoff. Complexity of integrations, data readiness, and your team's availability for testing are the main variables. We'll give you a timeline in the scope.
